Classical crossover star, singer and composer Matteo Bocelli absolutely charmed his audience at a sold-out Prague concert this June, promising to return to the city again soon. After selling out tours in Europe, North and Latin Americas & Australia, Matteo just announced a brand new 2025 tour Summer Nights and we are happy to welcome him to O2 universum Prague on 4 June, 2025.
From his first appearance on the single ‘Fall On Me’ with his father, Andrea Bocelli, in 2018, to singing a reimagined version of ‘Time To Say Goodbye’ with new composition from Hans Zimmer at the 2024 Oscars, Matteo has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages. His A Night With Matteo tour sold out globally-renowned venues including the Sydney Opera House and the Country Music Hall of Fame. He has sung for His Majesty Charles III and Queen Camilla, President Biden and opened for musical legend Lionel Richie.
In 2020, he released his first single, the beautiful love song Solo, which combines elements of a classic aria with a pop melody and phrasing. Three years later, in summer 2023, his long-awaited debut solo album Matteo came out, followed by a world tour. Recently he unveiled his new single ‘If I Knew,’ featuring multi-platinum and Oscar-nominated artist, Sofia Carson.
Matteo`s concerts are characterized by excursions into many musical genres, with an ease backed by his fine, distinctive voice, he moves from classical music to velvet Italian pop and interpretations of all-time classic songs.
