Cirque du Soleil Totem under the white Big Top

Dear customers,

Like all companies in the live entertainment industry, the Covid 19 pandemic has temporarily brought most Cirque du Soleil activities to a halt in 2020. As you are aware, due to the current situation we were forced to cancel our show TOTEM, which was scheduled to perform in July earlier this year.

The Cirque du Soleil tour planning team in collaboration with local agencies have been working at rescheduling performances in Prague in 2021 and while we are looking forward to performing again in front of audiences, the uncertainty of the situation is making it difficult to confirm performances at this point. For this reason, we will be refunding customers who have redeemed vouchers in compensation of their tickets to the cancelled show TOTEM as well as customers who had tickets to the cancelled show TOTEM but have not yet requested a voucher. Tickets and vouchers will automatically be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase. The refund will be issued as of December 1st at the price of the original purchased ticket for the canceled event. (Please note the refund may take up to 5 business days for the refund to show on your bank statement)
