One of the most popular dance formations regularly performs in the Czech Republic for ten years and has developed there a strong listener base. They participate as one of the main stars in biggest summer Czech festivals, such as the Colours of Ostrava, Open Air Festival, Semtex Culture, S¨˘zavafest etc.
Kosheen trio consists of producers Markee Substance and Darren Decoder and singer Sian Evans. The band's name is a combination of Japanese words "old" (ąĹ, 'ko') and "new" (ĐÂ, 'shin').
Their first album Resist (2001) reached eighth place on the British album charts and songs from it appeared even in a EA Sports FIFA computer game, namely Hide U and Catch, in the Nokia Game series it was the song Harder.
Since then, Kosheen released three more albums - 2003 Kokopelli (song Swamp could be heard in the popular crime series "CSI"), 2007 Damage (as the first single was chosen Overkill, which came out in March in the EU and in August in the UK) and 2012 Independence.
The first single of this fourth studio album became the Get A New One. Other songs are Sign, Waste, Spies, Addict, Harder They Fall, Shut U Out, Tightly, or I Do not Need It.
