Ticket refunds will be available starting August24th, 2015 through October 31st, 2015 in following steps:
1/ reserved tickets payment or their direct purchase at POS
the admission is refunded at this POS in cash
valid ticket must be submited
2/ internet = on-line payment for the tickets (credit cards, PayU, PaySec, Mobito)
the admission is refunded by Ticketportal central office ONLY
ONLY a return transaction to the same account from which tickets were paid will be automatically processed
There is no need to submit an application. Ticketportal customers will be informed about refund processed.
3/ invoice payment for the tickets
Costumers who transferred money for their tickets, will get money returned by wire.
Sending of tax document, IBAN and tickets submission are needed
